These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of MojaSale, a product owned and operated by AfroApps LTD. By using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for ensuring that your users comply with these terms.
Organization Accounts and Authorized Users
If you create, administer, or use MojaSale on behalf of a business, organization, or other legal entity, that entity is responsible for the account and for all authorized users who access the service under it.
Each employee, contractor, agent, manager, administrator, or other authorized user who accesses MojaSale through that business account is bound by these Terms of Service in connection with their use of the platform. You are responsible for ensuring that your authorized users are informed of, and comply with, these terms and all applicable laws and policies.
We may require authorized users to acknowledge these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy directly as part of account activation, invitation acceptance, or continued platform access.
Permitted Use
You may use MojaSale only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party platform policies.
You must not:
- use the platform to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized communications;
- interfere with platform security, performance, or availability;
- attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization;
- reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the service except where expressly allowed by law.
Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time in order to improve the service, maintain security, or comply with legal and operational requirements. We will use reasonable efforts to limit material disruption.
Service functionality may be limited, delayed, or unavailable due to third-party dependencies, regulatory requirements, or events outside our reasonable control.
Maintenance
AfroApps LTD may perform scheduled maintenance, upgrades, patches, bug fixes, or other changes to the MojaSale platform from time to time.
Where reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance, including the expected start time and end time of the maintenance window. Scheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability, reduced functionality, delays, or interruption of some or all services during the stated window.
Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice where necessary to protect the security, integrity, availability, or lawful operation of the service.
AfroApps LTD will use reasonable efforts to minimize disruption, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability during any maintenance period. Temporary service interruption during scheduled or emergency maintenance will not, by itself, constitute a breach of these Terms.
Third-Party Services and Platform Dependencies
MojaSale may interoperate with or depend on third-party platforms, communication networks, carriers, integrations, and other external service providers. The availability, performance, delivery, routing, or continued operation of certain features may depend in whole or in part on those third parties.
AfroApps LTD does not control, and is not responsible for, any act, omission, outage, delay, suspension, restriction, account action, policy enforcement decision, or other change made by any third-party provider. We do not guarantee that any third-party channel, integration, or dependent service will remain available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
You are responsible for maintaining any required third-party accounts, approvals, consents, and compliance obligations applicable to your use of such services.
Fees and Billing
Paid features are subject to applicable pricing, billing terms, and renewal conditions presented at the time of purchase. You are responsible for paying all fees, taxes, and charges associated with your account unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customer Data
You retain responsibility for the legality, accuracy, and integrity of data submitted to the platform. You grant AfroApps LTD the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and display that data solely to provide and support the service.
Intellectual Property
MojaSale and its related software, content, trademarks, branding, and documentation remain the property of AfroApps LTD or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create legal or security risk, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any active subscription commitments.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis except as expressly stated in a separate written agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AfroApps LTD disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Language
These Terms of Service are published in English. If we provide a translated version in the future, it will be for convenience only unless we expressly state otherwise. In the event of any inconsistency, the English version will control.
